Enjoy a free 12 minute sample recorded during a private group sound therapy gong bath session in March 2013. It features five Himalayan singing bowls and three large gongs. As most of the gong bath or sound bath events this was a rather powerful session that prompted various revelations, deep insights and releases among the participants.

We recommend not to listen to the recording while driving a car. It has the tendency to completely relax you and to take you away. We furthermore recommend to use a good headset for listening. Enjoy!

One of the most effective ways to enter and affect the unconscious mind is in the hypnagogic state, the ‘twilight zone’, the state between wake and sleep, or even during sleep. So in addition to listening to the guided meditation when you want to reach a state of deep relaxation during a break, consider listening to it as you go to bed at night, the time when it is easier to bypass the active brain, the thinking mind. During the slowed down state of theta or delta brainwave activity you bypass the logic ‘filter’.
